Participating restaurants are eligible to Win Eat BC! Restaurant of the Year. On each contest entry form, consumers are asked “do you want to nominate this restaurants for Eat BC! restaurant of the year?”. The restaurant who receives the most nominations will be named “Eat BC! Restaurant of the Year for 2008”. A photo of the winning restaurant will be posted on the Eat BC! website and a special press release will be circulated to media to announce the win.
Servers are an integral part of the Eat BC! program. Without servers, diners wouldn’t receive their contest entry forms or be encouraged to order your restaurant’s Eat BC! Signature Dish. Servers in your restaurant can help us bridge the rural/urban divide in BC by relaying valuable information to consumers about the local foods and farms that are featured on your restaurant’s menu. As a thank-you, servers in your restaurant are invited to participate in a special contest this September to Win BC Beer for a Year! To enter, servers just need to write their name on the back of all contest entry forms they collect on behalf of Eat BC! At the end of the promotion one lucky winner will be announced – Good Luck!
During Eat BC! it’s easy to source BC foods & beverages. Download one of the BC food and beverage product guides below to get started!
